Downtown Torrington boasts a large number of art deco buildings, renowned arts instuitions such as the Warner Theatre and the Nutmeg Conservatory, a newly restored City Hall, a beautifully landscaped Coe Park, Fussenich Park home of the Torrington Titans Collegiate baseball team , the world famous Christmas Village and a mix of independently owned small shops.
