MDP Project Committee

On April 3, 2007 the TDC Board of Directors unanimously voted to establish a Municipal Development Plan Project Committee:

1. The Committee shall have the responsibility to prepare an administrative draft of the Municipal Development Plan (MDP) consistent with DECD guidelines, and the Environmental Impact Evaluation for final approval by the Board of directors.

2. It shall be the Board’s primary liaison with the MDP consultant, Milone and McBroom, and shall provide information and technical assistance and shall review, evaluate, and act on its recommendations.

3. It shall report to the Board and/or the Executive Committee as needed or when requested and its activities shall always be subject to approval of the Board.

4. It shall not engage in or authorize any activity, which will result in a cost in excess of that approved by the Board for the preparation of the MDP.

5. The duration of the Committee’s existence shall be at the pleasure of the Board and it is established in accordance with Article VI of the By-Laws.
