Milone & MacBroom Selected

On March 6, 2007, the TDC Board of Directors selected Milone & MacBroom, Inc. to prepare a Municipal Development Plan (MDP). The Cheshire, CT based firm will produce the MDP in accordance with Chapter 132 of the CT General Statues.

Milone & MacBroom has demonstrated experience in the preparation of MDP's and the planning and design of urban redevelopment projects throughout Connecticut, including Fort Trumbull and Sate Pier in New London, Parkville-Picture It Better and the Colt Gateway projects in Hartford, and the HUB project in Meriden.
