TDC to Host Open House

October 9, 2007 – The Torrington Development Corporation (TDC) will be hosting an Open House on Tuesday, October 23rd from 8:00 - 10:00 AM. The breakfast reception will take place in the TDC office in the Allen Building (40 Main Street, 2nd Floor, Suite 8).
